Who we are

Openbell Agency is based in Italy and is responsible for the personal data described on this page. Contact: contact@openbellagency.com.

What this website collects

Very little. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking pixels, and its fonts are served from our own server. To show the right language, the page checks your browser’s language and, if needed, your computer’s time zone. This happens in your browser and nothing is sent to us. If you choose a language, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of visit) for security, for a short period.

When you contact us

If you fill in our contact form or write to us by email, we use your name, contact details and the information you send only to reply to you and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep these messages for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what the law requires us to keep.
Contact form messages are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., which processes them on our behalf.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to contact@openbellagency.com. You also have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

When you submit a form, it also includes the page you used, any website or social profile you provide. We use these details to understand and reply to your enquiry.
